Tasks
- Create content for our Instagram and Linkedin Page
- 3 to 4 posts a week and stories everyday (polls, contact with followers, link-tree, reals,posting IGTVs)
- Design graphics with CANVA
- Write captions following Shrink it Out’s tone
- Managing Instagram promotions to increase reach
Requirements
- Interest in psychology and mental health
- Part-time/Full-time student, or recently graduated
- Graphic design abilities and familiar with CANVA or other design platforms
- Fluent English proficiency
- Preferred: experience and/or knowledge in Online Communication or Graphic Design
- ~15 hours a week, to be managed as you wish as long as you meet the deadlines :)
Skills
We are looking for a motivated student with passion and an eye for detail and aesthetics, someone who is not afraid of proposing new ideas and who thinks outside the box! You will need to collaborate with other Social media managers, to divide tasks, and other people in the marketing team / video editors. Collaboration, communication and time management skills are therefore fundamental.Shrink It Out is a new platform, so we are looking for someone who has the flexibility and drive to grow and learn along with us!

- Finding and contacting associations and guests to collaborate with (e.g., invite to our podcast and youtube interview videos)
- Formulating catchy messages to convince people to collaborate with us
- Brainstorm new and creative ways to offer additional value to partners
- Collaborating with others in the Marketing team and the Project Planner

Skills
We are looking for a motivated student who is charismatic and likes meeting new people and engaging with others. It is important to be able to form convincing messages, but also be patient and persevering in contacting people. Also, being able to handle rejections when things don’t work out is key. You will also need to work with other team members to understand who is a good candidate to be contacted and so on. Collaboration and communication skills are fundamental. - Help brainstorm with us new formats and ideas
- Propose plans to better the formats we already have
- Take the lead on implementing new formats and ideas (perhaps participating in videos or podcast episodes)
- Share reflections and insight on mental health topics of relevance
- Collaborate with the marketing team and partnerships to implement new ideas and formats
Requirements
- Studying or graduated from a psychology degree or carried out work/activities related to mental health
- Experience and/or knowledge in mental health, online communication, content creation
- Preferred: we would love for the person to be open to being a face of Shrink It Out so sharing their thoughts and ideas on our social media themselves.

We are looking for someone creative, who isn’t afraid to think outside the box and in an innovative manner. The most important thing for this position is that the person is driven and passionate about mental health; hence sees value in Shrink it Out and is eager to propose ideas. Also considering that they will be working with a team we are looking for someone who is also flexible, adaptable and has teamwork experience or skills. Shrink It Out is a new platform, so we are looking for someone who has the flexibility and drive to grow and learn along with us!
Tasks
- Write scientific-based and research-based articles on psychology topics following our five main themes: clinical psych, culture and diversity, sex and love, the self and mindfulness and meditation. But we are more than open to adding more themes!
- Propose new ideas for upcoming articles
- Cite your research properly (APA format)
- Amount of articles is flexible but agreed upon at the beginning of the month (generally a minimum of 2 articles a month)
Requirements
- Studying or graduated from a psychology/mental health degree
- Preferred: experience and/or knowledge in writing, online communication
- Fluent English proficiency
- Good writing skills
- Knowledge of what a scientific paper is, what plagiarism is and how to cite properly
- Hours a week are very subjective depending on how many articles you choose to write but it is important that you manage to meet our deadlines effectively :)
